Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Essential: B. Com Marketing \/ Advertising degree or diploma \/ certificate<\/p>\n \u00b7 Desirable: Additional industry courses and training.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Essential: 3 – 5 years\u2019 experience in a broadcast or FMCG environment.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Desirable: Pay TV \/ broadcasting research experience, media experience<\/p>\n <\/p>\n KNOWLEDGE<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Marketing methodology and principles<\/p>\n \u00b7 Brand methodology and principles<\/p>\n \u00b7 Advertising processes<\/p>\n \u00b7 Media platforms<\/p>\n \u00b7 Market segmentation<\/p>\n \u00b7 Financial principles and management<\/p>\n \u00b7 Understanding of research processes and results<\/p>\n \u00b7 Project management<\/p>\n \u00b7 BCCSA, ASA and CPA rules and regulations<\/p>\n \u00b7 Diversity knowledge<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Administration skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Computer literacy (MS Office)<\/p>\n \u00b7 Diversity skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Emotional intelligence<\/p>\n \u00b7 Negotiation skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Communication (oral and written)<\/p>\n \u00b7 Presentation skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Facilitation skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conflict management skills<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 To execute and deliver on the marketing plans.<\/p>\n \u00b7 To produce strategic communications plans and creative output (TV, radio, print, outdoor, media, etc).<\/p>\n \u00b7 To ensure adherence to the project plans and time lines.<\/p>\n \u00b7 To interpret the CI (Corporate Identity) to all stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and high level of knowledge of the brand.<\/p>\n \u00b7 To keep track of the allocated budget by monitoring expenditure.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Day to day implementation of campaigns.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conduct brand reviews, analyse trends and report on these.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Conduct competitor reviews, analyse and leverage on opportunities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
