REQUIREMENTS : A relevant B. Degree\/diploma in Public Administration or equivalent coupled with 10 years proven experience of which 3 years must have been at a supervisory level within the environment of financial management, human resources management and supply chain management.<\/p>\n
Extensive knowledge of government policies and legislative frameworks. Proven administration, planning and organizing skills. Strong administration capability and leadership skills. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Innovative and creative thinking. People development and empowerment.<\/p>\n
Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations. Conflict resolution skills. Strategic planning and reporting procedures.
