REQUIREMENTS :<\/p>\n
Degree\/diploma in Human Resource Management with 2 years\u2019 experience in the field or equivalent OR Matric Certificate with 5 years\u2019 experience in the field of Human Resources Management environment. Knowledge of PERSAL System.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of relevant Government prescripts.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Human Resource Policies. Good written and verbal communication skills and computer literate. Report writing Skills. A valid drivers\u2019 license.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES :<\/p>\n
Supervise the subordinates. Interpret and monitor the implementation of HR Policies. Maintain a personnel information System.<\/p>\n
Ensure that Personnel files meet the required standards set by NMIR. Ensure follow-ups on Persal messages and reports. Ensure maximum level of confidentiality in the office.<\/p>\n
Facilitate recruitment process. Ensure correctness of staff appointments. Implement salary adjustment of employees. Compiling reports.<\/p>\n
