REQUIREMENTS : An LLB Degree or recognized four years Legal qualification. At least five (5) years appropriate post qualification\/litigation experience. Admitted as an Advocate or Attorney of the High Court; The right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa; A Valid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies:<\/strong> Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing); Research, investigation, evaluation and report writing skills with attention to detail and Diversity, Dispute and Conflict Resolution Skills.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Execute the mandate of the Office of the Family Advocate. Perform all functions and duties of the Senior Family Advocate in accordance with relevant legislation.
