\n\u2022 An appropriate recognised 3 year B-degree\/ Diploma (or equivalent qualification);<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 12 months Project Management experience in Enterprise Projects utilizing methodologies (including PMBOK and Prince 2);
\n\u2022 Project Management experience;
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a project team environment;
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure within strict project timelines;<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Liaise with resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones;
\n\u2022 Regular, accurate and timely reporting within agreed project management standards;
\n\u2022 Organise and lead project definition workshops and related project meetings;
\n\u2022 Develop project definition reports and high level project plans;<\/p>\n
\no Project Management methodologies;
\no Scope of Project Management projects;
\no Contract Management and Financial Management;
\no Problem solving and analytical skills;
\n\u2022 Understanding of ICT and other relevant legislation and policies;
\n\u2022 Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills;
\n\u2022 Excellent report writing and research skills;
\n\u2022 Presentation and workshop facilitation skills.<\/p>\n
\nShortlisted candidates will be required to submit originally certified copies of their documentation for verification purposes. These candidates will be required to attend interviews on a date and time as determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments\/proficiency tests.<\/p>\n
