REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12, or Gr10 plus 2 years experience in patient administration.<\/p>\n
Special\u00a0requirements (skills needed):<\/p>\n
Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and
\nanalytical skills, ability to work independently, good organisational skills, ability to
\nwork with the medical (Patient Admin) database, good telephone etiquette and
\ncustomer care.<\/p>\n
Proven ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in\u00a0English. Knowledge of policies and directives.<\/p>\n
Handle repetitive work. Team\u00a0player.<\/p>\n
Must have empathy for sick, elderly and disabled. Must be able to work
\nunder pressure. Must be able to obtain security clearance within a year.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Ensure an effective reception service.<\/p>\n
Record, organise store and retrieve
\ninformation related to work in the administrative environment and or deal directly
\nwith clients by requesting and providing information.<\/p>\n
Capture patient health data.<\/p>\n
Routine administrative output control statistics. Retrieve records for
\nHCP\u2019s\/management.<\/p>\n
