MAIN PURPOSE<\/p>\n
3 year TOPP training programme as prescribed by SAICA
\nThe TOPP programme has clear competencies that needs to be met over the 3 year period
\nThe TOPP trainee will rotate to various areas or divisions within Vodacom in order to get the required exposure to meet the desired level of competency.
\nThe TOPP trainee will adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations and performance requirements<\/p>\n
