REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent and 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
\nCommunication skills, attention to detail, work independently, report writing, and
\ngeneral office management skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Administration support within the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services. Develop
\nadministration management of meetings and distribution of minutes.<\/p>\n
Organising of\u00a0logistics for meetings in the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services. Manage petty
\ncash and reporting thereof. Proper management of documents to and from the\u00a0office.<\/p>\n
Develop a proper tracking system of documents to and from the office of
\nthe DDG: Clinical Services. Development of general filing systems and
\nmanagement of files thereof. Monitor compliance with policy and recommend<\/p>\n
remedial steps. Responsible for subsistence, traveling and entertainment claims
\n(petty cash) for the Deputy Director General: Clinical Services. Handle all
\nprocurement functions in the office of the DDG: Clinical Services.<\/p>\n
