SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Good organisational,
\ncommunications, interpersonal, filing, confidentiality and prioritisation skills.
\nExperience in Office Administration will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Good MS computer\u00a0package literacy. Proficiency in English. Telephone etiquette. Be prepared to work
\nlong hours.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Perform general administrative duties in the Office of the DDG as required.
\nRender logistical, administrative and technical support in the Office of the DDG.
\nAssist in arranging meetings and workshops. Filing and retrieving of documents.
\nCo-ordinating and tracking of outgoing and incoming documents in the Office of
\nthe DDG: Clinical Services. Ensuring that deadlines for document or submission
\nare met. Co-operate with all staff in the DDG`s Office as part of a team. Liaise with
\ninternal and external stakeholders of the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services.
\nAssist in the management of the DDG: Clinical Services` diary. Management of
\nfrontline desk. Rendering professional receptionist services including answering
\ntelephone calls, typing, data capturing, filing, photocopying, receiving, recording
\nand dispatching of documents. Rendering of procurement and logistics arrange for
\nthe office of the DDG: Clinical Services.<\/p>\n
