REQUIREMENTS : Gr. 12 or equivalent qualification Job Knowledge. Computer literacy. ( PERSAL,
\nBAS, LOGIS) Communication (written and verbal) Interpersonal relations.
\nFlexibility. Teamwork. Accuracy. Aptitude of figures. Planning and organising.
\nBasic numeracy skills. Ability to perform routine tasks. Ability to operate office
\nequipment. Public Service financial legislations, Procedures and Treasury
\nregulations (PFMA,DORA,PSA,PSR,PPPFA, Financial Manual.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : The successful candidate appointed to this post will be responsible to render
\nfinancial support services within the department this will include the following:
\nReceiving Requisitions from all Directorates Searching of Items (ICN\u2019s) on LOGIS.
\nCreation of Item Records on LOGIS. Adding of Requisitions. Prepare Documents
\nfor LOGIS (Authorization of Requisition; Procurement Advice approval; Order
\nAuthorize; Receipt; Invoice capture).<\/p>\n
Prepare and Submit for Payments.\u00a0Reconciliation of Accounts and ensuring zero balance monthly. Obtaining Entity
\nforms from service providers; Capturing of Banking details; Adding of Supplier
\nCredentials; Arrange for the Authorization of Banking details by NC Provincial
\nTreasury; Ensure updated TCC (Tax Clearance Certificates) obtained from\u00a0Service Providers; Adhoc duties as and when required<\/p>\n
