REQUIREMENTS : A relevant 3 year qualification with at least three years working experience in
\nvarious disciple of Human Resource Administration OR Senior Certificate with at
\nleast more than five years working experience in various disciplines in Human
\nResource Administration. Supplementary HR-related courses will be definitely
\nadvantageous. Supervisory, communications and organisational skills. Relevant
\ntraining and experience in persal is compulsory.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Manage and co-ordinate human resource administration matters within the
\nDepartment to contribute to the rendering of a professional human resource
\nmanagement service for example: Address human resource administration
\nenquiries to ensure the correct implementation of human resource management
\npractices. Ensure the successful implementation of departmental\/public
\nservice policies on matters related to human resource management to adhere
\nto the relevant prescripts\/legislation. Provide inputs on the
\ndevelopment\/amendments of human resource management
\npolicies\/practices. Prepare and consolidate reports on personnel
\nadministration issues. Inform, guide and advice the Department\/staff on human
\nresource administration matters to enhance the correct implementation of human
\nresource administration practices\/policies. Management of human resources
\nwhich include, inter alia: Training and development of officials, Performance
\nmanagement and Work allocation. Authorize transactions on Persal according to
\ndelegations. Act as Persal Personnel Controller, if appointed and maintain Persal
\nuser profile. Administration of organisational Structure.<\/p>\n
