\nlevel 6. Minimum two years\u2019 relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy (MS packages).
\nAbility to collect and interpret stats. Good planning and organizing skills. Team
\nwork. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing
\nPublic Service.<\/p>\n
\nRecord, organize, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data. Update
\nregisters and stats. Render general administrative support such as filing,
\nphotocopying, faxing, receiving and dispatching of documents. Keep and maintain
\nthe filing system for the component. Draft correspondence, memoranda and
\nreports when required. Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing registers of
\nthe section.<\/p>\n
