The ideal candidate must have a proven track record, a passion for hunting new business and achieving targets and is motivated by the potential of determining their own salary.<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this position you must understand the basics of recruitment processes and grow the assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably selling software products or service<\/li>\n<li>Experience within the recruitment industry preferably permanent placements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Certain aspects of this opportunity include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential clients in order to sell the product<\/li>\n<li>Securing of appointments in order to demonstrate and sell the benefits of the product<\/li>\n<li>Closing deals<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining strong relationships with all clients encountered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Ability<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop and manage sales plans to identify new opportunities to achieve sales targets<\/li>\n<li>proactively work towards closing quality sale<\/li>\n<li>liaise with Recruitment Agency clients to secure an appointment or product demo session<\/li>\n<li>deal successfully with decision makers at board level<\/li>\n<li>ensure that there is a proactive process in targeting new prospects<\/li>\n<li>interact with key influencers across all levels<\/li>\n<li>write professional proposals and respond to request for information<\/li>\n<li>keep accurate records on CRM System<\/li>\n<li>support and assist with any client queries as it arise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide monthly reports on sales success and weekly activities<\/li>\n<li>maintaining and building client relationships<\/li>\n<li>sales experience \/ meeting and achieving targets<\/li>\n<li>using CRM<\/li>\n<li>recruitment agency environment &#8211; ideally on permanent placements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sales pipelines and forecasting accurately<\/li>\n<li>CRM system ideally Accpac CRM system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CareerJunction is South Africa&#8217;s #1 Online Placement Service and maintains unequaled web presence in the field of online recruitment solutions.
