Purpose of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n Plan, direct, and monitor all Procurement activities, including Raw Materials, Packaging and Co-pack, for HFSA <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Develop and implement sourcing strategies, processes and tools in alignment with business needs and organizational priorities <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Degree \/Post graduate degree in Supply chain management\/S&OP\/Logistics or Industrial Engineering <\/p>\n
\nReduce company risk related to inflation, product availability and product quality by developing and implementing a world class procurement program
\nImplement systems, procedures and structures to drive down cost, reduce PPV, measure manage and improve supplier service delivery and reduce inventory
\nAlign with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to improve procurement execution
\nDrive strategic procurement projects and support value engineering and NPD project to ensure delivery of the commercial plan
\nLead and manage procurement team and support site procurement activities.<\/p>\n
\nIdentify and implement measures to mitigate risks associated with inflation, cost, supplier availability, product quality and consistency of supply
\nDevelop, implement and improve quarterly, monthly and weekly procurement best practise and routines
\nManage the raw material, packaging and co-pack budgets (Approx $50MM) and minimise PPV
\nIdentify and execute on the delivery of annual cost savings projects to offset the impact of inflation
\nLiaise and interact with internal and external stakeholders to execute procurement activities
\nAnticipate and identify future risks and constraints based on global and local market dynamics
\nNegotiate terms with suppliers that will minimise inventory and maximise payment terms
\nSynchronise the forecasted demand for R&PM and co-packed goods
\nWeekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on key KPI\u2019s
\nAnnual, Monthly budget and forecast preparation and analysis of actual spend
\nDefine and ensure implementation of procurement policies and procedures
\nLead and manage team of buyers to achieve these objectives
\nEnsure adherence to Heinz QRMP plans and policies
\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers<\/p>\n
\nCPM (or similar) certification advantageous
\nCategory management of Strategic Sourcing experience is highly desired
\nSkills
\nStrong business analysis and project management skill sets, and creative problem solving capabilities
\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
\nExperience working in Procurement in varying roles such as: Procurement Sourcing Manager, Sourcing Project Manager or a Procurement supervisory role
