REQUIREMENTS : A Bachelor\u2019s Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource,
\nManagement\/Development with 1-2 years clerical\/ administrative HR experience
\nPLUS the following key competencies: Knowledge of: Basic understanding HRM
\noperations and prescript in the public service regulations, Basic knowledge of
\nrecruitment and selection systems and processes for the department, basic
\nknowledge of employment equity systems and processes for the department,
\nSkills: Communication skills, Governance communication and interpersonal
\nskills, Planning and organising skills, Problem solving skills, Computer literacy
\nskills, Communication: ability to communicate with staff at all levels, Creativity:
\nBe able to identify problem areas in the development of HRM policies, Innovative\u00a0thinker.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Render recruitment and selection for position of salary level 3-8, Render
\nadministrative\/logistical duties, Liaise with service providers (SAQA, competency
\nassessment, etc.), Provide advice and information on the
\nadministrative\/application of HR processes and practices, Administer the
\nreception of applicants, Process the application according to requirements,
\nCompile acceptance\/non acceptance letters to candidates.<\/p>\n
