DUTIES : Administer the Chief Directorate\u2019s budget, Provide administrative support with
\nregard to: Financial administration (S&T Claims etc.); Procurement and asset
\nmanagement; Human resources administration (leaves etc.); Collect information
\nand extracts reports, Provide logistical support with regard to arranging meetings,
\nworkshops, travel arrangements, etc. Provide secretarial support with regard to:
\nAgenda and minutes of meetings; Collect information; Draft routine
\ncorrespondence; Document management and filling<\/p>\n
