OPERATION EXCELLENCE FACILITATOR 3 POSTS REF NO: 14\/295\/JC
\n3 years contract appointment
\nSALARY : R270 804+37% = R371 001 in lieu of benefits per annum. The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year Degree \/ National Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business
\nAdministration or Economics, A minimum of 3 year experience in Lean
\nManagement\/ Process management\/ continuous improvement or Business
\nProcess Re-engineering, A valid driver\u2019s license. Skills and Competencies:
\nApplying Technology; People management and Development skills; Continuous
\nImprovement; Planning and Organizing; Team Leadership; Researcher and
\nanalytical skills; Presentation and facilitation skills; Client orientation and
\nCustomer focus skills; Project management skills; Advanced Excel and Statistical

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Provide training to users in OpEX programme; Deploy
\nLean Management Principles at Facilities; Implement compliance to the
\nprovisions and provide professional guidance and assistance to subordinates;
\nMaintain and improve targets and achievements at deployed facilities; Provide
\neffective people management.
