OPERATION EXCELLENCE ASSISTANT FACILITATOR 6 POSTS; REF NO:\u00a014\/296\/JC
\n3 years contract appointment
\nSALARY : R183 438+37% = R251 310 (in lieu of benefits) per annum. The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : Justice College: Pretoria<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year Degree \/ National Diploma or equivalent to NQF6; At least a code EB
\ndriver\u2019s license; A minimum of 1 year experience in Lean Management\/ Process
\nmanagement\/ continuous improvement or Business Process Re-engineering.
\nSkills and Competencies: Planning and Organizing; Team Leadership;
\nResearcher and analytical skills; Presentation and facilitation skills; Project
\nmanagement skills; Advanced Excel and Statistical software skills ;Report writing
\nskills; Problem solving and Analysis skills; Communication skills (verbal and
\nwritten); Change management skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Train, coach and mentor staff at deployment facilities;
\nDeploy and maintain operational performance at facilities; Maintain visual
\nmanagement of performance measurement; Provide professional guidance and
\nfeedback to role players; Facilitate process improvement teams at facilities.
