\nREQUIREMENTS : A relevant & related degree\/diploma (RVQ 13), Management Services,
\nOperations Management, Industrial Psychology etc. DPSA Toolkit Methodology,
\nKnowledge of SA Government Job Evaluation, Certificate in Change
\nManagement and Business Process Management, Public and Private Sector
\nexperience is required, Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in OD and Change
\nManagement, Driver\u2019s license and ability to drive. Person Profile: The candidate
\nmust be a team worker, diversity focused, customer focused, detail oriented, cost
\nconscious, quality oriented, responsive, people oriented good credit record, good
\ntelephone manners, and problem solving ability.
\nDUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible for: developing organisation structure and post
\nestablishments for GPG Departments develop job profiles and evaluate jobs,<\/p>\n
maintenance of good customer relations, identify organisation structure and post
\nestablishment gaps and needs, give advice on organisation structure issues,
\nconduct business process engineering.
