Additional Criteria: Excellent communication skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills. Proven track record of success in a recruitment role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently. Good team player. A firm commitment to the hospital\u2019s success. Absolute commitment to customer services<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES : Lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service<br \/>\nto the hospital. Designs, develops and maintain recruitment process in the<br \/>\nHospital. Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment<br \/>\nchannel. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and<br \/>\nimplement appropriate best practices in the hospital. Develops and maintain<br \/>\nnetwork of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Builds a<br \/>\nquality relationship with the external recruitment agencies Writes and places job<br \/>\nadvertising in various media outlets Manages and develops the team of HR<br \/>\nRecruiters. Acts as a single point of contact for line managers regarding<br \/>\nrecruitment process Performing reference and background checks on applicants<br \/>\nManage supernumerary and session appointments. Manage the hospital\u2019s staff<br \/>\nestablishment. Assistant line managers on the management of contract<br \/>\nappointments.
