\nappropriate experience or a Senior Certificate with 10 years\u2019 experience of which
\n5 or more years must be in rendering support to Executive Managers in
\nGovernment. Should possess the following skills; strong computer literacy,
\nexcellent planning and organising skills, a good understanding of public service
\nprescripts. Experience in human resources and supply chain management
\npolicies would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\noffice of the Head of the Planning Branch and NPC secretariat. This would
\ninvolve: Rendering administrative and general logistical support, provide
\nsecretarial support services and ensure effective functioning of the office,
\nschedule and organise meetings of the senior management team and provide
\nsupport, liaise with other branches in the Presidency and ensure that all statutory
\nreports are prepared and submitted, liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensure
\neffective information flow to and from the office, monitor expenditure of the NPC
\nbudget and make recommendations regarding utilisation, ensuring adherence to
\nHR and SCM policies and supervise administrative staff in the Planning Branch
\nand NPC secretariat.<\/p>\n
