To support this they have developed a cloud solution, integrated with local service providers, to provide remote management, BYOD (bring your own device) and monitoring capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The Graduate Network Support Technician is responsible for delivering a professional and effective service and needs to ensure that all service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed timeframes, and to the complete satisfaction of the client.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the internship you will most likely be exposed to LAN, WAN, VoIP, PABX and Video Conferencing technologies, and you will be required to provide assistance to the technical team to ensure that overall SLA\u2019s are met.
