REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10. Basic knowledge of filing system and procedures. 1 year experience in
\nthe record Management \/registry environment. Skills and Competencies Basic
\nfiling, mail administration, basic planning and organizing skills.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Open files according to file plan. File documents in respective files. Retrieve files
\nand documents on request. Maintain record of files and documents retrieved.
\nMaintain file indexing system. Re-organize files as required. Update file covers.
\nDispose old files identified. Records received mail. Frank outgoing mail. Register
\nofficial mail as required.<\/p>\n
