Job Description <\/strong><\/p>\n The incumbent of this strategic position will lead the Academy\u2019s customer service training department in order to plan, manage and deliver all related activities supporting the Customer Service Division\u2019s key objectives. The ideal candidate should be someone who is serious about innovation in training methods and delivery. This person will lead the dealer network to a new mindset with regards to technical skills and knowledge requirements.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n Manage Academy programs focused at dealer staff in technical, service and parts departments <\/p>\n Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n National Technical Diploma <\/p>\n Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n Planning and Organizing <\/p>\n
\nin order to ensure all the current and future needs of the dealer network are addressed. (i.e. T-TEP,
\nTSA 21, CS Society, TFT 21, HQS, TSMT. TPMT, Team 21, Parts 21, TST 21 etc.)
\nCost management in terms of the CS training departments overhead and capex budgets.
\nMonitor and manage training costs to achieve cost reduction objectives
\nManage, guide and motivate all related training managers & staff to continuously improve training
\ndelivery
\nAchieve set training and grading objectives as planned
\nManage and control all SHE activities for all TSAM workshops
\nEnsure environmental compliance in related areas
\nResearch to keep abreast of legislative changes effecting training as well as best practices in training delivery<\/p>\n
\nMinimum NQF 7 relevant qualification (8 level framework)
\nMinimum of 10 years training experience Dealer experience
\nComputer literate
\nTrade Diploma will be preferable
\nKnowledge of all relevant training legislation<\/p>\n
\nFacilitation skills
\nPrioritisation and allocation of resources
\nCreativity and innovative ideas
\nDecision Making
\nEstablishing Framework and Systems of Management<\/p>\n
