REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 and Secretarial Diploma. Previous working experience related to the post
\nwill be an advantage. Special requirements (skills needed): Knowledge of MS Word,
\nExcel, PowerPoint, Intranet, Internet as well as Lotus Notes. Ability to communicate
\neffectively in English (written and verbal). Analytical and innovative thinking abilities
\nas well as problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Sound organizational
\nskills. High level of reliability. Ability to act with tact and discretion. Ability to do
\nresearch and analyse documents and situations. Must be able to work before and
\nafter hours.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide secretarial support service. Record appointments and events and manage the
\nDirector\u2019s diary. Receive telephone calls and refer to the correct role players.
\nWrite\/type documents, memorandums, letters and reports. Deal with classified
\ndocuments and files. Identify venues, invite role players, organize refreshments and
\nset up schedules for meetings and events. Prepare briefing and notes for the Director
\nas required. Operate office equipment. Keep updated with policy and procedures.
\nScrutinise documents to determine actions\/information and prioritise documents.
\nRecord all minutes\/ decisions and communicate to all relevant role players and make
\nfollow-up on progress.<\/p>\n
