A minimum of 3-5 years proven<br \/>\nexperience in the administrative environment (inclusive of procurement procedures).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special requirements (skills needed):<\/strong> Working knowledge of the DOD Organisation<br \/>\nand a good knowledge of general administration and secretarial functions. General<br \/>\nadministration skills. Good communication skills (Written and verbal). Computer<br \/>\nliteracy skills (including Adobe Acrobat, SABINET website, Internet searches and MS<br \/>\nOffice).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES : (KPAs): Configuration control of policy website. Maintenance of the Policy Website.<br \/>\nSupervise the rendering of library services. Serve as a member of the DOD Website<br \/>\nCo-ordination Committee, Establish and market help-line service and manage the<br \/>\nexecution of training.
