INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY<\/p>\n
BUSINESS ANALYST (2 POSTS) (REF: TN\/3501\/2014)<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Parliament with Business Analysis services within the ICT spectrum.<\/p>\n
Key performance areas include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Stakeholder Relations Management
\n\u2022 Business Case Development
\n\u2022 Systems Analysis
\n\u2022 Process and data design modelling
\n\u2022 Systems development
\n\u2022 Testing and quality assurance
\n\u2022 Change Management
\n\u2022 Monitoring and Evaluation.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 An Information & Communication Technology degree\/diploma with at least 5 years\u2019 relevant experience.<\/p>\n
Skills requirements :<\/p>\n
\u2022 Business Analysis
\n\u2022 Business Process Modelling
\n\u2022 Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Project Management principles
\n\u2022 Financial quantification and analysis
\n\u2022 Unified Modelling Language
\n\u2022 Good communication skills both written and verbal and ability to interact with a diverse range of colleagues
\n\u2022 Attention to detail
\n\u2022 Problem solving ability
\n\u2022 Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently\u00a0with users to define concepts or under direction of project managers.<\/p>\n
Remuneration comprises of a cost-to-company package, which incorporates all the large-company benefits.
