\nREQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current or equivalent, with
\nrelevant experience in electricity distribution industry. Knowledge of
\nElectrification Planning and Integrated National Electrification Programme
\n(INEP). A valid Driver\u2019s license is essential. PLUS the following key
\ncompetencies: Knowledge of: Electrification Industry. INEP Policies and
\nstrategies Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Division of Revenue Act
\n(DoRA) Skills: Technical Skills. Report Writing Skills. Development Skills.
\nCommunication Skills. Negotiations Skills. Interpretation Skills Communication:
\nVerbal and written communication. Proficiency in at least two official language.
\nCreativity: Open-minded. Innovative. Good Listener. Ability to work as a team.

DUTIES : Collect and consolidate identified backlog of electrification. Assist with
\nprioritization of indemnified needs (cost benefit analysis). Facilitate the
\nappropriate integration of grid and non-grid electrification. Assist the Manager to
\nImplement National electrification plans with SRDP, URP\u2019s and IDP\u2019s. Develop
\nand maintain Grid and Non-Grid electrification plans to address the identified
\nneed. Initiate and assist in management of the Grid and Non-grid. Electrification
\nprojects. Monitor and Evaluate the execution of Projects. Assist the manager in
\nmanagement of concession areas and monitor sustainability of concessionaires.<\/p>\n
