1. Personnel Practitioner (Warrant Officer) \nSub-Section: Human Resource Management<\/h3>\n
Core Responsibilities:<\/strong> \n*Administer and co-ordinate all Human Resource functions within the Nodal Support Centre;*Administer and \nprocess all types of Leave and administration of IOD\u2019s and Medical Boards;*Administer and process \nadministration of Service Termination (eg. Discharge, resignation, interdepartmental transfer etc);*Administer \nand facilitate the transfers and translations of personnel within the environment;*Administer and co-ordinate all \nrecruitment processes within the environment;*Capturing of PEP and Job Descriptions.<\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities:<\/strong> \n*Ensure proper record keeping in respect of suspensions, appeals and disciplinary hearing records for \naudit and inspection purposes;*Facilitate the finalization of disciplinary matters in respect of \ninvestigations;*Facilitate the collection of documents for purposes of appeals;*Monitor the resolution of \ngrievances within the prescribed time frames<\/p>\n
