SALARY : R562 335 \u2013 R919 116 per annum. (Salary will be in accordance with OSD

REQUIREMENTS : LLB or 4 year recognized legal qualification; At least 5 years appropriate post
\nqualification litigation\/advisory experience; Admittance as an Advocate or
\nAttorney; Practical experience in managing external service providers and project
\nManagement; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act; Treasury
\nRegulation and relevant prescripts; Experience and understanding of the
\nConstitution Framework and the South African Judicial System; A valid driver\u2019s
\nlicense. Skills and competencies: Legal research; Planning and decision making;
\nAnalytical skills; Strategic capability and leadership skills; Project management;
\nComputer literacy; Communication skills (written and verbal); Presentation and
\nfacilitation skills; Ability to stay up to date with new development in South African\u00a0Law.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Conduct legal research, policy development and analysis; Draft memoranda,
\nreports and government notices; Scrutinize legislation related to Chief
\nDirectorates responsibilities; Draft legal opinions; Constitute and engage
\nresearch institutions with Government and external bodies.<\/p>\n
