REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. The applicant must have knowledge of registry duties
\npractices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate a computer. Working
\nknowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public
\nService. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working
\nenvironment. Understanding of the work in registry. Knowledge of Persal.
\nComputer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel (competency levels will be tested
\nduring interviews). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
\ncoordinate and plan activities. Knowledge of Departmental HR Policies.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Implement Human Resource Administration practices with regards to recruitment
\nand selection. Implement conditions of services, Performance Management
\nSystems, PILIR, terminations of service. Address HR administration enquiries,
\npreparation and submission of HR documents to the District Office.
