\nCENTRE : Mamelodi Hospital<\/p>\n
\nexperience in Administration or Grade 12 certificate with 5 years practical
\nexperience in Administration. Knowledge of PMDS policy, Knowledge of relevant
\nprescripts and legislation. Excellent administrative skills, Be prepared to work
\nunder pressure and shifts. Be computer literate, .have thorough Medicom
\nknowledge necessary to manage and supervise co-workers. Ability to work
\nunder pressure. Good interpersonal and people management skills.<\/p>\n
\nImplement PMDS system in all sub-units and management of leave, overtime
\nand allowances. Improve control mechanism of patient medical records and
\nmortuary services. Compile monthly reports. Ensure the correctness of patient\u2019s
\nregistrations. Control downtime files and their registers. Improve revenue
\ncollection system. Ensure that registration register are updated and kept safe.
\nLead a team to solve workplace challenges and conflicts. Perform any other
\nduties assigned by Supervisor.<\/p>\n
