\nAdministration. Be computer literate, Ability to work under pressure. Good
\ninterpersonal and people management skills. Knowledge of prescripts and
\nlegislation. Prepared to work shifts.<\/p>\n
\nRegistering, admitting and discharging of patients on the system, completion of
\nrelevant and required forms. Acquire information from patients, capture data on
\nTPH 31 and 31A, receive money from paying patients, issue accounts for
\npatients who doesn\u2019t have money to pay, completion of GPF3 (registration form)
\nduring downtime period, completing of downtime register during downtime,
\ncompletion of pay-in-register after every shift and handing over of resources, e.g.
\ncrutches, computers, etc. At the end of the shift. Safekeeping and disposal of
\nfiles and documents in terms of the Archives Act. Storage and retrieval of
\ndocuments and files. Be a custodian of patients\u2019 records by managing the
\nmovement and control of files. Render customer care to clients and be sensitive
