\nadministration environment, Good communication skills (verbal and writing).
\nGood interpersonal relations, client orientation and customer focus, ability to
\nhandle and manage confidential information. Have to be self-driven individual
\nwho is willing to learn. Must be computer literate, excelling in Microsoft office
\nprograms inclusive of words, excel, PowerPoint and Internet. Proficiency in
\nEnglish, Telephone etiquette. Knowledge of Government prescripts and
\nregulations.<\/p>\n
\nrequired. Render logistical, administrative and technical support in the office of
\nthe clinical and administrative support management. Assist in arranging
\nmeetings, workplace and taking minute in the meetings when required. Filing
\nconfidentiality clauses set for the units. Coordinating and tracking of outgoing and
\nincoming documents in the office of Exco members. Ensure that deadlines for
\ndocuments or submissions are met. Cooperate with all staff in the clinical and
\nadministrative support offices as part of a team. Liaise with internal and external
\nstakeholders of the office of the Exco members. Assist in the management of the
\nof the clinical and administrative services diary. Render professional
\nreceptionist services including answering telephone calls, typing, data capturing,
\nfiling, photocopying, receiving, recording and dispatching of documents. Ensure
\nthat procurement and logistics processes are arranged on time. To be available
\nto be tasked as required within the hospital in accordance with PMDS policy.<\/p>\n
