M-Net Human Resources seeks to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Employment Equity individual to assume responsibility as Intern \u2013 Human Resources Administrator.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Telephonic Confirmation of staff employment
\n\u2022 Capture all transfers, increases, resignations, promotions, terminations on Peoplesoft
\n\u2022 Administer leave records
\n\u2022 Coordinate recruitment processes;
\n\uf0fc Advertise vacancies-aligning and proof reading job specification
\n\uf0fc Prepare interview packs and deliver to the panel members
\n\uf0fc Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Knowledge of Human Recourses policies and procedures will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Systems knowledge would be an advantage<\/p>\n
