\nSALARY : R270 804 – R318 984 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to

REQUIREMENTS : A three year Bachelor Degree in Administration \/ National Diploma Service
\nManagement (NQFLEVEL 5) plus the module on Case Flow Management or
\nrelevant equivalent tertiary qualification; At least three years\u2019 managerial or
\nsupervisory experience; A valid drivers\u2019 licence; The following will serve as a
\nstrong recommendation: Knowledge and experience in office and district
\nadministration; Knowledge of the financial management and PFMA; Experience
\nin managing Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account; Experience in the
\nCourt environment will be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies:
\nStrong leadership and management capabilities; Strategic capabilities; Good
\ncommunication skills (verbal and written); Computer literacy; Report writing<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Coordinate and manage the financial (Vote and Trust
\nAccount) resources and human resources of the office; Manage the strategic
\nand business planning processes; Manage the facility, security, physical
\nresources, information and communication related to courts; Compile and
\nanalyze court statistics to show performance and trends; Provide case tracking
\nservices to the judiciary and prosecuting authority; Compile annual performance
\nand statutory reports to the relevant users; Develop and implement customer
\nservice improvements strategies;<\/p>\n
