REQUIREMENTS : BA or BSc degree or equivalent qualification in Statistics; At least 3 years\u2019
\nexperience in statistical environment; Knowledge of relevant policies, strategies,
\nsstatistical analysis and reporting; Data Collection, Information processing or
\nrelated fields will be an advantage; A valid code B driver\u2019s license will be an
\nadvantage; Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office);
\nCommunication skills; Problem solving and trouble shooting ability; Analytical,
\naccuracy and attention to detail; High level of confidentiality and accountability;
\nAbility to apply good judgment and decision making skills; Assertiveness and
\nconfidence to interact at all levels; Ability to cope under pressure;<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Implement relevant policies and guidelines in the
\nRegion; Manage and administer data collection instruments and surveys within
\nthe Region; Establish channels for the collection of data within the Region;
\nCollate, analyze and interpret statistics and make presentations on the findings
\nwithin the Region; Produce 1st line reports, statistical publications, and
\nnewsletters; Develop and maintain database containing various datasets for the
\nRegion; Apply sampling and basic sampling statistical methods and also
\nestimation and interpretation of resulting within the Region; Train
\nemployees\/project members within the Region on utilization of information;
\nIndirectly oversee the monthly submission of data by court administration
\npersonnel and project members of relevant projects in the Region.<\/p>\n
