REQUIREMENTS : NFQ 2 \u2013 4 (Grade 10 \u2013 12 or equivalent). Relevant appropriate experience
\nand\/or courses will also be applicable. Special requirements (skills needed):
\nKnowledge and experience in PSAP personnel practice systems. Knowledge of
\nPSAP Personnel Administration. Knowledge and insight iro HR Legislation
\npertaining to PSAP. Knowledge of Persol system. Knowledge of Human
\nResource prescripts. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to consult and facilitate
\ngroups of people. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Presentation
\nand facilitation skills. Supervisory skills. Computer literacy in MS office suite
\n(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Presenting career related programmes. Providing a consultancy service to
\nclients. Providing a support service for studies at state expense. Advising PSAP
\nwith ETD opportunities in the Western Cape with the focus on further studies at
\nstate expense. Conducting career interviews. Supervising of subordinate
\npersonnel. Military License would be an advantage. Successful applicant must
\nbe willing to travel within the Western Cape region.<\/p>\n
