REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12, or Gr10 plus 2 years experience in patient administration. Special
\nrequirements (skills needed): Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and
\nanalytical skills, ability to work independently, good organisational skills, ability to
\nwork with the medical (Patient Admin) database, good telephone etiquette and
\ncustomer care. Proven ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in
\nEnglish. Knowledge of policies and directives. Handle repetitive work. Team
\nplayer. Must have empathy for sick, elderly and disabled. Must be able to work
\nunder pressure. Must be able to obtain security clearance within a year.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Ensure an effective reception service. Record, organise store and retrieve
\ninformation related to work in the administrative environment and or deal directly
\nwith clients by requesting and providing information. Capture patient health data.
\nRoutine administrative output control statistics. Retrieve records for
\nHCP\u2019s\/management.<\/p>\n
