\nSALARY : R73 044 per annum, Level 2
\nCENTRE : Joint Operations, SA Special Forces, 4 Special Forces Regiment, Langebaan
\n(Western Cape).<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10 or ABET Level 1 \u2013 4. Due to the Regiment\u2019s geographic location and
\nthe unavailability of public transportation, only Candidates resident within the
\nWest Coast Region will be considered. Special requirements\/ skills needed:
\nKnowledge of a limited range of work procedures such as planning and
\norganizing, equipment use, training, food preparation, finance, computers and
\npreparation of Kosher, Halaal and diabetic foods. Must be physically fit and
\nhealthy.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Rendering assistance with the preparation and serving of food\/drinks in all its
\nforms by: Hygienically preparation (ie wash, cut and cook) and serving of food.
\nPreparing and serving tea, coffee and drinks. Supplying water on dining tables.
\nKeeping kitchen, dining hall and food storage areas clean and tidy. Removing all
\nkitchen waste. Packing supplies received in the food storage areas. Washing
\nand cleaning up after meals. Setting tables (including decoration thereof).
\nWaiting on tables. Ensure only authorised personnel have access to kitchen
\nand\/or consume meals. Ensure serviceability of equipment and report any
\ndefects or shortages. Apply a high standard of hygiene as well as safety
\nmeasures in work environment.<\/p>\n
