\nCENTRE : National Office: Pretoria<\/p>\n
\nyear relevant experience in a financial environment; Knowledge of PFMA and
\nNational Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of BAS. Skills and Competencies:
\nComputer literacy (MS Office, MS Windows and Excel); Communication skills
\n(written and verbal); Good interpersonal relations skills; Accuracy and attention to
\ndetails; Analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to work under pressure and
\nbe self-motivated.<\/p>\n
\ncontrol accounts; Manage the batch control function for National Office; Manage
\nand control supplier registration on Safety net and BAS; Control, reconcile
\nsuspence and control accounts for the sub-directorate; Responsible for the
\nsubmission of batches as requested by the AG; Render effective people
\nmanagement.<\/p>\n
\nDivision: Internal Control
\nSALARY : R183 438 + 37% = R251 310 (in lieu of benefits) per annum. The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
\nCENTRE : National Office: Pretoria<\/p>\n
\nManagement; 3 years relevant experience in Internal Control\/Financial
\nAccounting\/Supply Chain Management; Knowledge of Financial, Provisioning
\nand\/or Administration procedures and processes; Knowledge of the Public
\nFinance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations and other legislation
\nprescripts. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office, MS
\nWindows, Excel, BAS, SCM systems and Persal; Good communication skills
\n(written and verbal); Good interpersonal relations; Ability to interpret and apply
\npolicies; Accuracy and attention to details; Analytical skills; Ability to work under
\npressure and be self-motivated; Ability to analyze and solve problems.<\/p>\n
\ndetection of non-compliance; Prevent re-occurrence of further non-compliance;
\nDetect, investigate and report possible fraud, corruption, irregular, unauthorized,
\nfruitless and wasteful expenditure; Review Petty Cash at Head Office to ensure
\ncompliance to prescripts; Keep statistics of work performed for reporting
\npurposes; Detect and investigate internal control weaknesses in identified areas
\nand make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
