Experience in system support and support<br \/>\nprocesses at least 1 &#8211; 2years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES : Maintain a successful relationship between the GPT System Controllers and<br \/>\nGPG Transversal System users in accordance with the agreed SLA requirements<br \/>\nfor the division. Build a stronger capacity within GPG by supplying reliable<br \/>\ninformation, guidance and assistance on Transversal System issues. Ensure<br \/>\ncorrect and efficient administration of user enquiries as per SLA. Resolution or<br \/>\nescalate of queries to external roll players within the agreed time frames and<br \/>\nSLA\u2019s. Maintain a successful relationship between the GPT Financial Business<br \/>\nSystems and GPG users in accordance with the agreed SLA requirements for<br \/>\nthe division.<\/p>\n<p>ENQUIRIES : Ms Linda Ninzi.
