\n\uf0b7 Manage the diary of the Section Head.
\n\uf0b7 Co-ordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and subsistence allowances<\/p>\n
\n\uf0b7 Distribute post and circulars to the relevant receivers and keep a register up to date.
\n\uf0b7 Handle routine correspondence immediately; Send and receive faxes; Answer and make telephone\u00a0calls on behalf of the Section Head and take messages professionally.
\n\uf0b7 Provide support during meetings and workshops involving the Section Head.<\/p>\n
