Payments Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare payment packs on a weekly basis, with supporting documents, and timeously submit to the Commercial Finance Partner for authorization.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Proactively follow up with Country Managers, and where relevant with distributors, regarding outstanding documents.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare GL postings which correctly reflect the nature of the transaction for completed payments and timeously submit to the Finance Shared Services team.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare remittance advices for all payments made to distributors.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintain filing of relevant documents.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Setup process for the monthly reconciliation of creditor balances and perform monthly distributor reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maintain an uptodate payment tracker to assist with the accrual of expenses.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Coordinate with GSK Procurement the loading of vendors for payment as required.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Implement process changes to achieve improved efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Proactively investigate ideas to reduce expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Monthend Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Submission of accurate monthly payment tracker to Finance Business Partner.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Preparation of monthly headcount report.\u00a0 Prepare Medical and Regulatory rows on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prepare monthly Vaccines Stats report.\u00a0 Prepare Exchange rate analysis on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Preparation of the Advertising &amp; Promotion (A&amp;P) expense tracker and the Opex tracker on a monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist with commentary for the monthly analysis of Opex and A&amp;P spend.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist with IPT responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Forecasting and Budgeting Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Assist the SnA Finance Reporting and Planning Manager with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting of expenses and A&amp;P<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Perform roll forward and initialisation of monthly forecast on ModCF.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist with generation of monthly baselines reports for Sales, Opex and A&amp;P.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Assist with ModCF and Bison reconciliations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.
