In an Area Sales Manager role within the Miladys culture it is expected of you to take ownership of your region, strategizing the increase of trading across the region and lead your team of enthusiastic Store Managers. As part of your role you will be required to engage with the National and Regional Operations Managers analyzing reports and taking action accordingly to maximize sales. Ensure that our product is displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends together with your store visual team. Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimise profit. Recruit, train and develop your stores ensuring that you have the right person in the right place at the right time and to ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times to the Miladys customer who is inspired to look and feel wonderful.<\/p>\n

\n– Grade 12 qualification essential
\n– A Retail \/ Business management tertiary qualification
\n– 5 years Area Management experience in retail<\/p>\n
