{"id":20312,"date":"2015-01-13T12:47:58","date_gmt":"2015-01-13T10:47:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=20312"},"modified":"2015-01-13T12:47:58","modified_gmt":"2015-01-13T10:47:58","slug":"sales-trainee-sabmiller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sales-trainee-sabmiller.html","title":{"rendered":"Sales Trainee at SABMiller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Trainee Sales Representative is a development position toward a Account Manager position.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key Purpose Statement<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In their training period they will be responsible for allocated customers and for the completion of their PAT Project.<\/p>\n<p>Their placement into a Account Manager will be subject to vacancies being available.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Competence Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum relevant 3 year tertiary qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Valid Code 8 drivers license unendorsed.<\/li>\n<li>No alcohol related health problems.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of PC or potential to acquire it.<\/li>\n<li>Persuasiveness and well developed selling ability.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal ability and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage self and territory.<\/li>\n<li>Strong achievement orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Potential to become an Account Manager in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Output and Accountabilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve pre-determined sales\/brands and market share targets.<\/li>\n<li>Influence liquor retail pricing within segments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stock levels within segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Service outlets:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sound business relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer call rate as per SAB tailored service packages sector.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular account reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Provide merchandising support.<\/li>\n<li>Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries.<\/li>\n<li>Manage product quality in relation to SAB quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales administration.<\/li>\n<li>Compile daily \/ weekly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Determine pre-call planning objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage B.T.L. placements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct personal sec audits.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sound customer relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Additional Information<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
