Purpose of the Position<\/strong><\/p>\n The key purpose of the position is to provide a professional and effective service to all employees and managers and to implement human resources related tasks. Job Grade<\/strong> Reporting Structure Key Stakeholders <\/p>\n Key Tasks (Inputs)The following tasks are the responsibility and accountability of the : \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n To ensure effective administration<\/p>\n Ensure effective termination practices<\/p>\n Effective management of the new, temporary, fixed term contract and transfer processes.<\/p>\n Accurate processing of data on the system<\/p>\n Accurate and timeous advice on disciplinary procedures<\/p>\n Long Service awards<\/p>\n Recruitment processes<\/p>\n Accurately and effective management of benefits<\/p>\n Adhoc Administration<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Key Roles and Responsibilities (Outputs)The\u00a0 position involves distinct roles, namely:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensure effective administration in that all administration, including but not limited to: filing general correspondence, general staff liaisons\/queries, payment of suppliers ad and when required are performed within 48 hours after receipt.<\/p>\n Ensure effective termination practices by:<\/p>\n receiving resignation letter signed by the manager,<\/p>\n communicate the information timeously to the salaries\/wages administrator,<\/p>\n conduct an exit interview with the resigning employee,<\/p>\n complete an exit interview database and forward to the HR manager monthly by the last working day of the month,<\/p>\n remove the personnel file,<\/p>\n complete a provident withdrawal form and forward it to the relevant administrator,<\/p>\n ensure that there are no outstanding amounts due to the company and if there are to notify the salaries\/wage administrator.<\/p>\n Complete any other relevant documentation that may be required<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Competencies Required<\/strong> The following behavioural and technical competencies are critical to the success of the incumbent in this position:<\/p>\n Behavioural Competencies Required Technical Competencies Required<\/strong> <\/p>\n Education and Experience Required In keeping with the seniority and role of the position, the minimum required education and experience profile for the incumbent is as follows: – <\/p>\n Education: Diploma\/Degree in Human Resources<\/p>\n Certificate in Labour relations will be an advantage<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
