service to all employees and managers and to implement human resources related tasks.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Grade<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Occupational Level 4<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting Structure<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Administrator will report to the Human Resources Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Stakeholders<br \/>\n<\/strong>They will manage the relationship with the following stakeholders: \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All staff and management<\/li>\n<li>Medical Aid administrators<\/li>\n<li>Provident Fund administrators<\/li>\n<li>Various Government bodies (such as Employment Equity, WPS report)<\/li>\n<li>External parties (MERSETA, IMPERIAL TRAINING CENTRE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Tasks (Inputs)The following tasks are the responsibility and accountability of the : \u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure effective administration<\/p>\n<p>Ensure effective termination practices<\/p>\n<p>Effective management of the new, temporary, fixed term contract and transfer processes.<\/p>\n<p>Accurate processing of data on the system<\/p>\n<p>Accurate and timeous advice on disciplinary procedures<\/p>\n<p>Long Service awards<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment processes<\/p>\n<p>Accurately and effective management of benefits<\/p>\n<p>Adhoc Administration<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities (Outputs)The\u00a0 position involves distinct roles, namely:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure effective administration in that all administration, including but not limited to: filing general correspondence, general staff liaisons\/queries, payment of suppliers ad and when required are performed within 48 hours after receipt.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure effective termination practices by:<\/p>\n<p>receiving resignation letter signed by the manager,<\/p>\n<p>communicate the information timeously to the salaries\/wages administrator,<\/p>\n<p>conduct an exit interview with the resigning employee,<\/p>\n<p>complete an exit interview database and forward to the HR manager monthly by the last working day of the month,<\/p>\n<p>remove the personnel file,<\/p>\n<p>complete a provident withdrawal form and forward it to the relevant administrator,<\/p>\n<p>ensure that there are no outstanding amounts due to the company and if there are to notify the salaries\/wage administrator.<\/p>\n<p>Complete any other relevant documentation that may be required<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies Knowledge:<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>General administration skills<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Required<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In keeping with the seniority and role of the position, the minimum required education and experience profile for the incumbent is as follows: &#8211;<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diploma\/Degree in Human Resources<\/p>\n<p>Certificate in Labour relations will be an
