Durban<\/p>\n<p>Call Center Agent #157<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring that customer calls are answered and handled as per the customer contact center process.<br \/>\nAccurately recording of all required information onto the relevant system.<br \/>\nProcessing quotes for Readymix and Aggregate as per customer contact center process.<br \/>\nCreating orders in AES.<br \/>\nEnsuring orders are scheduled for delivery timeously to meet customers\u2019 requirements.<br \/>\nEnsuring order and delivery details are confirmed with customers.<br \/>\nEnsuring documentation for cash sales are efficiently and accurately processed from quotation to payment.<br \/>\nHandle all customer queries professionally and in line with contact center procedure.<br \/>\n<strong>Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1 year contract position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>One year working experience in a customer contact center processing orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic knowledge of the construction industry to understand product applications and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Computer literacy in MS Office Word and Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good telephone etiquette.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiating skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A valid EB (Code 08) driver\u2019s license and own motor vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be
