\nAssist in developing and implementing the HSSEQ Management system for all employees, contractors and customers in line with compliance and legal requirements and applicable standards.<\/p>\n
5 to 10 years working experience in oil and gas field would be advantageous<\/p>\n
Extensive knowledge of HSSEQ frameworks and associated management systems<\/p>\n
Ability to analyse, synthesize and make proposals<\/p>\n
Knowledge on ISO 9001 & 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards<\/p>\n
Computer Literate<\/p>\n
Fluent in English: able to communicate al all levels<\/p>\n
Provide professional support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Staff on Occupational Safety, Health, , Environmental and Quality Matters<\/p>\n
Provide , and regulation advice to the Management Team on all matters relating to the HSSEQ to ensure compliance<\/p>\n
Manage the HSSEQ management systems including all processes, procedures, risk assesments, method statements dosuments<\/p>\n
Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities in accordance with legal, standards and Group requirements<\/p>\n
Participate in the internal HSSEQ audit processes and ensure subsequent corrective actions are being implemented<\/p>\n
Manage the document control processes<\/p>\n
Produce and deliver staff contractors inductions, training and briefings as identifed by planned works, current best practice and changes in legislation<\/p>\n
Manage the document process<\/p>\n
Maintain the HSSEQ competence matrix<\/p>\n
Identify and procure HSSEQ training for OOSA staff<\/p>\n
Adapt and implement the Group Emergency Response Plan and provide out of hours support for emergencies and events<\/p>\n
Conduct quartely SHE Committee meetings<\/p>\n
Establish\/upgrade procedures for all three standards (9K\/14K\/18K) and roll out sites, local coordination or certification audits<\/p>\n
