Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n The Sales department of OUTsurance \u00a0is responsible for quoting clients either as a result of an Inbound or Outbound lead and converting this into a sales in terms of the quality and quantity criteria in place.<\/p>\n The Sales team of youi is primarily responsible for all the telephonic sales with the new clients. Within the Sales Business Unit departments are organised according to the type of lead namely Inbound, Outbound and Internet.<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Convert lead\/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to: Attitudes<\/strong><\/p>\n Sales oriented <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong> <\/p>\n Attitudes<\/strong><\/p>\n Sales oriented <\/p>\n

\nRelevant tertiary or Call centre qualification will be beneficial

\nPrevious Call Center experience in Telesales.
\nExperience in short term insurance industry is preferred.
